The shield had multiple scrapes and scratches on it brand new in the box. If you're expecting a mint looking shield this may not be the one. Also the rivets supplied could not be used in all the rivet locations. The installing shop had to use larger rivets in a few spots and drill larger holes than specified in instructions. In addition one of the spacers could not be used due to existing rubber material in that location from factory. I cannot comment yet on whether it rattles or not.
