Item arrived damage, seller tried to dissuade me out of getting a refund and took a long time to provide a shipping label. Once I returned the item, they insisted they couldn't issue a refund unless I closed the active eBay case dispute against them, which is completely false! Seller essentially tried to scam me out of a refund and eBay had to step in! Worst experience in over 10 years shopping on eBay.
