Correct item, incorrect color. Arrived silver not gold. Not mentioned in the description and no communication that the item was not as pictured. Shipping was offensive, over 10.00 to throw it in a first class envelope without priority or any packing material. Do better guys. It’s not 1998 anymore.

Seller advertises “Mohawk” brand & sends a knock off that doesn’t match. Home Depot and Lowe’s sell these sticks for $10-25 versus $80 a stick. The cost of shipping is double what it would normally cost. Buyers beware - it took over 70 messages to get this product returned. eBay customer service was a blessing to work with when the seller received the items back as received. One item was broken when received due to their poor packaging. Absolute nightmare to work with!

My experience was horrible.
I want to report this seller.
They accepted my offer first, then denied free shipping and asked me to come pick up the item locally. Then they cancelled the accepted offer. I offered 3 more times and they declined. Then I purchased the item with full price. the order went through and transaction was done. Then again the seller cancelled the order. So time consuming and frustrating.
