If the item was not up to your satisfaction, you could have chosen to request a replacement instead of leaving a negative feedback. This issue could have been resolved easily. I have a stellar track record selling 1000 pcs with positive reviews so its surprising that you would jump to leaving negative feedback instead of reaching out to address the issue.

Sheila ~ You are being deceptive by distorting the truth and omitting important information. You claimed to have received 2 items when our records show 4 were shipped.Despite the discrepancy we sent you an additional 2 items at no extra cost. However after a month, u are now complaining abt the product ? Why not inform us earlier of these issues as you had done in the past and you did not request for a replacement or refund. It appears you are deliberately trying to harm our reputation

    Best Mascara Ever!!!

    I'm a mascara freak and have used a bunch of different ones. This by far is the best I've come across. The brush let you get all your little hairs without making a big mess on your face. I don't know if I'll ever buy a different mascara. I think I'm bad gal for life!!!

    BUYER BEWARE: It’s not the real Bad Gal Bang Mascara. It’s a faux product - a knock/off. There’s a smell that the real one doesn’t have. Hard time getting brush out and when applied, hardly any mascara, where the real product gives you full and lush brows.

    Excellent mascara

    If you want BIG LASHES, this is the wand to do it. Takes some getting used to, and definitely a bit gloppy at the start. But give it a little time and it's the best mascara I've tried. Box came quickly and everything was in good shape.
