My apologies!! Tracking shows it was delivered the same day you say it was NOT...
Please check with your local PO and then file a claim with Ebay.
As for who delivers my stuff... I use the United States Postal System, USPS with Tracking on ALL orders; however parcels are now being stolen from folks mailboxes- which is beyond my control.
Again, I'm sorry, but you still do have options- start with your PO.
