Tastes better than the lemon-lime, but still not the best
It has a taste you have to get used to. I’m a lemon-lime person, but their lemon-lime is unbearable to me so when I got a packet of strawberry as a sample, I was delightfully surprised…it’s better than the lemon-lime…it’s just not that good overall…I may be childish, but for as much sugar as it has, you’d think it tasted more like kool-aid. As long as it does what it is supposed to, I can deal with it…but I’d really like it to taste betterIt has a taste you have to get used to. Wading In Pure Hydration!
Being "THROWN" out of bed during the night due to leg and foot cramps were a part of my sleeping experience for many years, and one of the simplest medical recommendations (while trying to avoid yet another drug) was an increase in my daily water intake, because dehydrated muscles lack elasticity, and contract with pain.. Not being particularly fond of water in it's completely natural state, I thought I'd give this a try. Well, just let me say this! I AM no longer afraid to go to bed for fear of the VERY, VERY painful leg and foot cramps, that usually waited to ambush me in the wee hours of the night. Adding this to my 16 oz. bottles of water 2-3 times daily, provides me with the equivalent of 12 - 18, 8 oz. bottles of water or more simply stated "Perfectly Enough" hydration for my Thirsty ...
