USPS was pending acceptance of package, but never received a package to scan for processing the delivery. Ebay commerce refunded the full purchase price, $37.44. Refund process took longer than usual to receive and return credit to Mastercard. Thank you Ebay commerce for the refund. Seller not trustworthy; engages in dubious business practices.
