    The product arrived cracked and when I contacted them they basically told me that it either happened during shipping or the installer broke it. The box was in perfect condition and I pulled the housing out of the box in front of my installer and he immediately said it had a crack. Fortunately it was repaired by a machine shop for $80. These guys are not good people to do business with and I would never buy any products from these people ever again. Watch out who you do business with.
