Item arrived quickly. On opening the package I noticed a scratch on the item. Seller insinuated I had done it and there was a foot mark on it. It wasn't a foot mark it was the reflection of my phone. The picture was taken while still in box. Found seller to be rude. Ended up keeping item as I didn't want to deal with this seller anymore. Wouldn't buy from again

Buyer sent a picture of a clock that apparently arrived "damaged". The picture clearly had a footprint on it. So, I asked for a pictuer of the box. The box was immaculate with no damage at all. So, the item was stood on, scratched and damaged through the box, despite the box being perfect. I firmly believe it was buyers remose and wilful damage to get a refund, or accidentally stood on, but rather than take the hit themselves, wanted us to pay for it. I rarely accuse anyone, but this was blatant
