    Serious piece of equipment.

The product is well made and assembly takes some time, patience and a good friend. U Tube videos do a good job of helping the written manual which is well done. Only one or two things that we had to undo and do again. It takes a little getting used to if you've been using free weights. It's a great workout with good protection and relative ease in changing weight resistance. I'm 80 and have been doing the same workout for 20 years in a gym and now have to work out at home. I enjoy the convenience. It doesn't take up that much space and is actually attractive to look at.

Great machine, but be carefull about the rods

This is a good machine when schedule is tight. I still prefer going to the gym. But there is somedays we are not able to have a walk in a gym. I just would advice when buying a used one, about the rods. Check they are not so bend. In my case I believe the seller, he was not aware of it and when start to use, came the results. Seems they leave it with the cables attached to the rods for a long time and they became so arched. But still, I have a good deal for it, so it will worth buy a new set of rods.

  • Great Home Gym

I have to say I was concerned buying a home gym online without seeing it first, but I was pleased that everything was there and in great condition. As far as the gym itself, this thing is top notch. I found online a manual that shows diagrams of all the excersises (70+). It is very easy to use. Very quick to setup (about an hour and a half) and when working out you do not have to change the pulley system to work on different areas. But most importantly it has been over a month and I am still using it. You can purchase any machine and it can be the greatest or worst, but if you do not use it, it dosen't really matter then. The bowflex machine is very easy to use, targets your muscle groups and keeps you coming back for more!

  • Great bowflex. A definite buy!

Was looking for a home gym on a discount and came across this bowflex which was almost half off. After doing some research the only downside to buying a used bowflex is that you do not get the warranty that exists with the original owner. That didn't bother me much because you can pretty much replace any part of the machine. So I took the plunge. The gym takes a couple of hours to put together but if you follow instructions well then you should be good to go. Having two people helps that much more. The pulley instructions are a tad confusing but two sets of eyes helped get us through them. The machine itself is great! Been using it for two weeks now and I'm already feeling better than before. Don't fool yourself by buying a cheap imitation. A friend did and now he is regretting it. The ...

  • Very nice product, Works extremely well

This is a good home gym. You can change from multiple different exercieses without changing the pulley's. If you want to add an accessory (preacher curl attatchment) that does take a little time but you can stull use the upper body exercises too. This machine makes it easy to push a lot of resistence without the worry for injury. If you set a good routine and plan out your workouts to minimize changing the machine you can get a top quality workout without spending much time on it. And I'm talking about under an hour.
