Hat arrived squished into a too-small box, so hat needed steam re-shaping. But steaming also help cleaned the stains on the brim. So it worked out OK.
BTW, stains were visible in the photos, and i was OK with them, as this is a ‘casual use only’ hat for my collection.
Stains almost disappeared, and ‘price was right’.
Overall, I’m happy with this hat, and seller.
