    Excellent (and concerned) seller. Item purchased had visible imperfections on in the advertisement, which caused a concern to me of whether it would be operational or not. However, since it was advertised as new, It was purchased - but failed. Talking to the seller, he explained that it was included in a lot with new items that he had purchased and did not realize it would perform differently. He promptly issued a refund and apologized for his ignorance.
