Seller sent the wrong item size and the patch wording was in another language, Chinese or Japanese. I contacted the seller. They offered me a partial refund which I accepted due to not wanting to pay to send the item back at my cost but never received the money in my account. This has happened to me with international sellers. I think it’s a scam.
