    Kit's Treehouse by Renee Graef (2003, Hardcover

    I love treehouse stories even though I've never had my own treehouse as a child. This is a good book for young girls(grown-ups,too) because it teaches one how to be appreciative of what one has and to make the best of a disappointing situation. It has good craft ideas to make and helps one learn about what life was like during the Depression Era. I decided to buy it because I own the AG Kit treehouse and even though I use mine for other doll/teddy bear displays, I wanted to read the real story behind the treehouse!
