    Just what the doctor ordered

    I take this for my diverticulosis, which will go into full bloom if I don't take care of myself. So I take this regularly to keep my bowels moving and metamucil. I cannot eat certain food so my diverticulosis will not go into diverticulitis, which will put me in harm. Straining does this to the body, and eating better (which I don't) or taking metamucil will keep you in balance, but if you get to this part, you take Miralax.
