Had an issue with each clip the bracelet was NOT 14k finished it still had sliver,It was a birthday present and we were gonna go to a local jewelry, As (Requested by the seller) told us to do a partial refund payment asked a amount, said 50$ which is reasonable when you have to get something re finished. Waited 5 days for responses that were short and not helpful. Seller said nvm and to partal refund, when it’s less trouble. Be careful who you buy from I figured no bad reviews so it’s good NOPE
