Once customs was involved, things moved slow and required opening the parcel hand inspection due to not passing through xray scanner. Health Canada tape was used toi seal the open end and it was passed on to Canada post. Canada post was in a labour dispute. I will buy from this seller again and recommend them if they have something that you are interested in.
