This jeweler made me a custom made ring from a picture I sent. eBay completely screwed up our deal by not authenticating it because the weight was slightly off from the description. Well the listing was made before making the custom ring so the weight would not match. I even told them I was ok with it. They sent it back to the seller and forced me to get a refund. I found another way and ended up getting the ring from this jeweler and let me tell you… AMAZING WORK and the BEST customer service.
