They say within 3 business days of payment (morning of July 22) but did not get it to the Postal Service until the 29th, which was at least 5 business days from the time they received payment(July 25,26,27,28& 29) This is their wording: " FREE SHIPPING- All products are packaged with care and shipped out within 3 business days". No message received that it would be late. No communication that I saw.
