The packaged arrived a few days later. However, the thieves got to them before I did and left with empty packaging tubes. I contacted these guys and they stepped up and made it right.     When the original packaging arrived damage at the door, I sent a message with pictures. Upon opening, the tint was dented. The seller immediately processed a replacement and I got it the following week. Such great customer service! Looks great and serves it purpose.
