Package arrived very damaged looking like Royal Mail had been playing football with it, and the impellor would no longer spin freely. Credit to 365 Heating Spares though - they responded very quickly so excellent customer service on their part! Unfortunately ended up having to pay over the odds to buy a new one locally as couldn't wait any longer to get back up and running in this weather.
