As a child I had severe eczema and as an adult I periodically have rashes. pimples, and other skin issues. I use it every day in the shower. I no longer use shampoo and use this soap to wash my head. After use you do not want to leave the soap in a pool of water because it tends to dissolve. I make sure it is dry after use. My daughters friends recommended this product to help her with her acne. I’m not sure whether where is the soap or the psyche or any number of combinations, but it really seems to have helped.
