    good cpu for the price if too cheap to pick up t9300

    upgraded from a t5850 pretty much the same core speed but it was cheap, newer version, faster fsb and bigger cache. running it in an old inspiron 1420 I came up on. upgraded ram from 3 to 4 gb at same time as cpu, quake iii (i know it's old but gma965 graphics suck) time demo went up 25 fps. also noticed a 10-15° C drop in cpu. a good thing considering how hot possessors can run now adays.

    Great...Would buy it again in a heartbeat!!!

    I got this processor for a great price and upgraded my Sisters Inspiron 1420 laptop. Went from a Pentium Dual Core (1.86ghz 533mhz,1mb cache) to the Core 2 Duo T8100 (2.1ghz 800mhz,3mb cache). It was a huge improvement over the Pentium and my Sister was very happy with the upgrade. $50 dollars more we could have gotten the T9300, but you can't complain for only $20.

    Cheap and powerful!

    This chip is a perfect and cheap replacement for your outdated laptop CPU. Dual-core and 3Mb cache will give you the so-much-needed boost in perforance.

    Can't ask for more for the price point.

    Noticeably faster than the T7300 it replaced while running cooler. Able to lower voltage to 1.00v and still run at stock clocks.
