great support from this seller specially Cindy. Reponses is quick detailed unusually in the evening. little difficultly once i understood how to identify the wires itself. For me i relied on color code i did not realize that nor was in the information when i found the wires were marked on insulation it was breeze. I never thought i could do something as this now i have great sounding system i am so so pleased. Although my politics is not liking China i have to say they did good job in design.

Sounds & looks good, good value. Installation in my older car a little tricky...
I just finished installing this is my 2004 Pontiac Vibe (Toyota Matrix). It sounds good, and the price was right for an older car :-) Installation was a little tricky however. Your mileage may vary of course depending on your car. For me, the factory harness adapter I had saved when I removed my Pioneer receiver, when plugged into the car's harness, provided most (but not all) of the color coded wires I needed to connect to the plug provided with the A6. There were some wires left unconnected, which was to be expected. But there was no sound :-( Not even the little bit of amplifier hiss I've gotten used to over the years. This is where ATOTO's superb customer support came to rescue! I'm so used to getting no support at all that I almost didn't bother asking them for help. But their ... But their after-sales team replied quickly (thank you Hanna!), even though I hadn't bought the unit from an authorized ATOTO reseller. The email had loads of ideas about troubleshooting, pictures, etc. and a crucial detail about a wire and a setting I had overlooked when booting up the A6 and testing it. "The Amplifier Turn-on wire provided from the ATOTO wiring RCA connector harness...needs to be connected to the relevant wire in your amplifier." This was the first thing I overlooked. The blue wire nestled among the RCA connectors was there, and I wondered about it, but nothing happened when I connected it to some of the leftover wires sprouting from the factory harness adapter. The second piece of information that finally made everything work came from deep within an online forum about Pontiac Vibes called genvibe dot com. Search for post no. 166538. Based on that post, I cut a specific black wire in the factory harness and spliced the blue turn-on wire to it. Turned the key on to ACC and there was a radio station blaring away! Now I can get down to the business of learning this new device, customizing it, connecting my phone to it, etc. Good luck.
