I sent them a message and said I ordered a two pack. Their only reply said I ordered the tri-color. I sent them another message and said I would return the color cartridge as they said they had free returns. No reply. I do not have what I need they never worked with me and I would have happily returnred the product for a refund. I'm at a dead end with any communication about straightening out the issue.

It is loose in the shipping bag. There is no original protective tape either. They refill cartridges and try to pass them off as new. I contacted the seller but they refuse to reply and correct the problem. I highly recommend to never buy from this person. No communication whatsoever with multiple attempts.

The ink works as it is suppose to though. Just be prepared you might have to figure it out on your own.
