I was very pleased to give this a five-star for transaction/experience; could not answer one of my questions however the description left me with the impression that the Dual deck recorder was in better shape than a couple I had bought before from another vendor and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised at the condition; the package was shipped very quickly was very well packaged for rough handling as the outside box showed the Box took one hell of a beating; very pleased overall.

The item arrived quickly and was packaged well. The game disc was also in great shape. Sadly, the item was missing the manual and had damage to the case, but the seller was very respectable and responsive to my refund request. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt that this was a mistake and still order from them again.
