Received the wrong item altogether. I ordered this jacket but received a DKNY sweater in size small instead.
I paid $43 in customs charges for the wrong item, now I need to mail the wrong item back and wait for the correct item to arrive and then pay the customs fee again.
Also waiting long periods of time to hear back from anyone. Very broad answers as well.
Not overly impressed with how this went. If only I received the correct item first time. Still waiting to hear back
