Exactly as described. shipped quickly, however cheaply, and for some reason the tracking number changed in the middle of it and I couldnt actually track it anymore. It did show though so Im happy enough. I havent actually installed the engine, but I expect it to be fine as well. I feel ok giving the feedback ebay keeps sending me messages to do, lol.
