    All went well. Communication was very good, helpful and polite. Sadly, the item hasn't fixed my issue, however, no new codes came about. Since I did both chairs, this means that they work, and my issue is in the wiring itself. I have to trace out and test the circuit and find the problem. Yayyyy. They look new. They were very well packaged. For a part that no one else seemed to have, the price is decent. Thank you!
