**Should be Neutral** There was only one pic and the description was generic. There was a large mark on its side that was sticky. Luckily, it was ink and I was able to remove it with acetone. I would have bought it either way but it would have been nice not to have a shock when opening it. More than one pic is needed and a better detail of any flaws. Luckily, it ended well which was the only reason I'm leaving positive feedback.

The engineering data of three different valve diameters specified to the ten thousands was given for free! with a suggestion of it being more valuable than the keepers that fit all three valve sizes all properly referred to as 5/16" IN THE LISTING!
