Purchased as replacement for what seems to be same product from a big box store that broke when I needed to remove bed box. Item allows installation without drilling into truck box. Moulded plastic cracked and allowed nut to spin; had to use Dremel to cut it off. Included bolts use a hex wrench to secure. Stripped a couple so used regular bolts that were not totally threaded. I think that's what caused the mount to crack. As holes were already drilled in cargo box, only took 15 minutes to reinstall.
