Part showed up eventually. Seller printed the shipping label but didn’t ship out the item for over 2 weeks. I reached out to the seller but they never responded. It took me filing a claim with ebay and threatening to get a refund for the seller to finally ship the item. It looks like people have had this issue with him before so I’d just avoid doing business with him entirely.
