Tool set (14 pieces) was inadequately packaged. It arrived with one end split open and two pieces missing. Seller ignored my first message explaining the situation and asking that he make good the two missing pieces. After my second message he offered to refund 20% of my purchase price, that was his only offering. So, I have an incomplete tool set and he's out a few bucks. Lose/lose. Don't do business with this guy, I won't be.
