    Desiree is the best teacher

    Desiree is the best yoga teacher. I have tried many yoga classes and videos with various teachers and she is my favorite. Her moves are easy to follow and my back always better when I’m done. That doesn’t happen with every yoga practice.

    just what the doctor ordered

    Since I am recovering from breast cancer, all of my doctors have strongly encouraged me to do yoga, meditation, Qi Kong at least 3 to 4 times per week.
