The minute hand's tip has a flatter angle compared to Rolex style hands, and the hands are slightly shorter, though there are non-gmt sets from the seller that are the "right" length, then one can just buy the GMT hand separately. That is only if this would be an issue to someone. I personally don't care for most builds.
