Dose is Gov't Mule's Capricorn debut and the band's 3rd album (both previous releases earned strong critical praise). Warren Haynes (guitars/vocals) and Allen Woody (bass) are well known from their previous affiliation with the Allman Bros. Band and they have consistently blown away fans and journalists alike. Dose shows producer Michael Barbiero (Soundgarden, Blues Traveler) capturing Gov't Mule's trademark alchemy of blazing guitars and steamroller grooves. Focus track: "Blind Man in the Dark.'

    Confused

    Don't know what they were trying to do on this CD but it miss its mark could not tell if it was jazz rock blues which is what I thought it was will think twice before buying another.

    Dose is a fantastic follow up to Mule's debut self-titled album, with songs from gritty hard rock, to bluesy jams, Dose is a great album, and I recommend it to any music lover
