        Heavy, dark and grooves hard.

        Heavy, dark, grooves hard, and the cowbell just makes it groove even harder. This album has been given a bad rap, but it is really not bad at all. In fact, it is an amazing album from start to finish. If you like Pantera but are not a fan of this album, give it a few more spins, I think you will find that it gets in your head more than their other albums.

        A pretty good metal CD.

        This CD features Metal of the heaviest alloy with blazing, genre-defining guitar from start to finish. The hoarse, shouted vocals may rapidly become a bit grating to casual listeners. The songwriting on this disc isn't up to the standard of some other Pantera offerings, but if thrash-metal is the soundtrack for your life, The Great Southern Trendkill will satisfy.

        Quality was ok. Condition, there were a couple of jewel cases broken (tabs on back hinges) a couple of the compact discs were a little rough, but playable.
