Beverly Hills Cop Collection
The original masterpiece Beverley Hills Cop was the film that established Eddie Murphy as a very funny guy, and started a trend in Hollywood for popcorn movies. That means a movie that is just plain fun. The two sequels are also very funny, and Murphy's character Axel Foley is so wonderful to watch, that the excitement is sustained throughout the trilogy. Personally, as a major Eddie fan, this is one of my favourite all time movies, and I also reccomend "Coming To America", also excellent. Beverly Hills Cop Collection (2002, DVD)
I was up late one night a few weeks ago and Beverly Hills Cop was on the T.V. so I watched it. I hadn't seen it in a while and it reminded me of my high school years when I first saw it. Eddie Murphy is classic in these movies. He made very good movies back in the eighties. He shows the talent which made him a star on Saturday Night Live.
