This vendor was wonderful! The item arrived in excellent shape, and after delivery, he called me to discuss my issue. Unfortunately, the part did not fix my issue and I was able to return and promptly received my refund. Please note: Lexus told me I needed a new radio, but come to find out, it was just a loose wire. If it had been the radio, I fully believe it would have fixed my issue. So, I had to return it due to a mis-diagnosis from Lexus, not the radio. Very good product and vendor!

    Great replacement for the money.

    Its a great radio for the car it fits in. I would not recommend it because it's difficult to find or extremely costly. Kia radio's are very specific for the model it fits.
