Reached out to seller with photos, the first said no problem they would send out a new part to replace the broken bracket. Never heard back so i reached out again, and the seller wanted me to give them my personal information. Still have not received the broken part replacement. Other than that the chair is fantastic and works amazing. just have to be careful with the left leg brace due to the broken bracket.
