Except for some cosmetic dings, the machine looks good. I am very happy with the way I was treated as their customer. When I first got the machine, Memtest86 v10.4 revealed a hard-to-find memory error, ECC error, on one of the 16 DIMMs. This was hard to find because it showed up only in the row hammer test i.e. #13. They immediately sent me a new module and all tested well. Great value overall!
