Described as being 'in very good condition' with 'no obvious damage to the cover', book arrived with VERY obvious damage: cover spattered with brown spray paint, extensive water damage to rear pages & badly frayed edges. They confirmed a replacement would be sent, then a 2nd email arrived saying a replacement wasn't available! When I complained they blamed an auto reply bot! I got a replacement, but don't offer books as 'very good condition' when they're clearly not, and control your bots!

I told them it didn't arrive with the other books so they made arrangements to get it to me ASAP. They said it would be despatched within 48 hours and it was despatched within 24.
