    Great Upgrade for my IBM R40e Thinkpad

    I installed this CPU to upgrade my old machine that was running with the 1.4 GHz version. The replacement took me 10 minutes and the CPU did not required any change to the bios default settings. It perfoms very well (regarding its production year) and is working great with Win 7. Win 10 is out of the question due to the lack of NX support. I didn't notice any temperature increase ( i can't tell about the battery duration because the one i use needs replacement). I recomend this CPU as an upgrade to old ones.
