A++++ When the Benro GD3WH tripod head first arrived, the gears were extremely stiff. I contacted Ebay and RFcoms and they immediately offered a refund. This is why Ebay is a great, trusted marketplace. I tried the head again a day later, and it worked fine, thus no need to refund. I think the problem was the head arrived in winter, and the grease was very cold, making it stiff. Once it warmed up, it was perfect. Thanks for quick action to resolve the issue.
