    Not impressed with this cardio kick routine

    I bought this video because I was impressed with the results Jillian got on the show, The Biggest Loser. I was surprised with the content of the video. I was expecting a good kickboxing routine. However, the layout was just one exercise to another. (Example: 30 jumping jacks then 30 jump rope, followed by 10 side kicks) It was very repetitive and fairly boring. Overall, it did elevate my heart rate, but not to the level I would have desired. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends. Also, Jillian spent a lot of time laughing and trying to be funny instead of just working out. I have found other videos very helpful for toning up the body. If you like Kickboxing workouts try 10 min solutions Kickbox Bootcamp Or Chalene Johnson's Turbo Jam series.

    Good for newbies, really easy to follow, nothing fancy

    This is a good workout for newbies. I have very little coordination and could never follow other kickboxing classes with all of the combinations and fast paces. Jillian doesn't know squat about how to produce a DVD workout but she's a trainer and she does know that. I liked it. I could follow easily and most steps are counted to 10 and then its onto a different move which I liked as well. I'm not overweight or out of shape and I was drenched when I was done. Like any workout, you can add weights to make it more difficult.

    Should be called Cardio Kick BUTT!!!

    Although this is a short workout video (about 25 min.), it really makes you work up a sweat. Beware: if you are not already in shape, this may be difficult. It's fun, but some parts may be a little difficult. There's also quite a bit of jumping so if you have knee problems, this workout isn't for you. The only thing I really don't like is Jillian's constant giggling as it seems like she's high or something. Other than that, this is a great workout to whip you into great shape!

    Great Service

    I received the DVD quickly and the price was good. The workout, however, is kind of cheesy and not very challenging for me. I consider myself to be active and athletic and this DVD only goes for 20 minutes and doesn't use any punching combinations. I still use it in my workout though and it's nice to have something that is total body workout but short when I'm running low on time and need something easy to mix into the heavier workout days.

    Hard to find.

    I use to watch this on netflix until they removed it. I lost 40+ pounds just by eating better and doing this workout. Sadly I gained it back because I stopped exercising and eating right since the other workouts I tried weren't as effective and fun. I like the simplicity of the workout but that by no means makes it easy. Also Jillian seems much more approachable than say a Billy Blanks. I have searched locally for this DVD for 6 monthes and finally decided to grab it online. The funny thing is that locally I would find all the other biggest winner dvd's but this one. I have a feeling that I am not alone when it comes to liking this dvd. Plus you don't need any equipment which is one thing I hate about other workout dvd's.
