    Fleixible & Effective Fittness

    I love this video. It's set outdoors in beautiful Hawaii,and there are three different women that work out with the trainer, Robert Rheims. He is an encouraging leader- not annoying or trying too hard to be funny, so you don't cringe when you hear the jokes for the 20th time. With him, one woman co-hosts upper body, another does lower body, and a third does abs. Each exercise set has a cardio, strength, and stretching routine, making 9 total segments. The women are real people, not models, and it's inspiring to see the changes diet and exercise have made in them! You can take the reccomendations for the days of the week, which varies the segments, or easily pick just the parts you want to do. The exercises are not hard to do, and really work well. I wish they would make a volume 2 ...
