    Tai Chi 24

    This tai chi DVD teaches the 24 short form and does it in an understandable way.

    Really has helped!

    I took a Tai Chi class in 1999 and had been looking for a dvd that was the same form as then one I took. This was it. I have bought other dvd's that were not as good as this one. The only thing I dislike about this tape is that sometimes it is difficult to figure out what the hands and feet are doing at the same time. I really like the way it is divided into movements, the way it is explained and everything else about it!

    Boring, cant get through it

    A lot of my exercise programs have tai chi as part as the cool down. I have enjoyed that much and have observed people doing this on the beach. I guess you need to know the moves, but not this way. It was not motivational and frankly I could not get through a few minutes, but thats me.
