Bottom line up front: seller acknowledged that what was shown/advertised was not what was sent, and when contacted, they just blamed the different shape (see the dip in the middle…it almost looks melted!) on a supplier style change. They even suggested I melt it with a heat gun in order to make it straight. That’s BS.
Now it’s my obligation to repackage, label and return the item and then wait for resolution because this is apparently a company with little common sense. Buyer beware!!!
