Helmet came damaged due to poor packaging should have been delivered in a box. I was told to glue and paint the broken piece. I explained that I did not pay for this to have to fix myself. They offered 20% off but I told them 50% would be more convenient . We went back and forth so I only got $108 back. The helmet looks great with out the damage but not pleased with the customer service.
