The seller said the Rosenthal vase may have signs of cosmetic wear but there were no chips or damage that she could see. The vase was in mint condition! Also it was packed very carefully so that it would maintain its perfect condition, I am so pleased with this purchase. It is even more beautiful than its photo. Shipping costs were low (living in Canada I regularly stop buying something because of exorbitant shipping cost). Delivery was quick. Best service ever!

The wrong item was accidentally sent but the seller responded to my request for a return right away - and then refunded the payment in full, sent the correct item, AND let me keep the first item as well. I wasn't sure what I was going to do with the extra item at first, but I decided to keep it and now it is one of my favorites!
